Offset Subscriptions & Gifts
Prices include all sales taxes applicable to the laws in effect in the area of the company's jurisdiction, and include any applicable shipping charges and handling fees.
Belgrave Climate Exchange, Inc., warrants that the Company will offset the purchased amount of carbon emissions within 90 days of completion and settlement of any purchase transaction, and will provide proof of same upon request.
The Company will ship any physical gift items purchased within 5 business days of a completed transaction, but accepts no responsibility for any delays or losses during transit.
Return & Refund Policy
The Company will refund the full amount of any personal subscription upon notice of cancellation received less than 48 hours from a completed transaction.
Personal subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, and can be cancelled at any time by logging into the members area. Cancellations must be received no less than three business days prior to scheduled re-billing date, or cancellation will be deemed to take effect prior to the following month's bill. Please contact the Company at 212-655-9567 immediately for any problems with automated cancellation.
Gift subscriptions and items are delivered promptly, and can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds or cancellations are possible for gift subscriptions once physical product has been shipped.
Liability Obligations
The Company's sole liability for any claim, loss, expense or damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising from, or in any attributable to, acts or omissions of the Company relating to the termination, restoration, or billing of any service, feature or option available shall not exceed an amount equal to the monthly subscription charge to the Customer for one month.
The Company is not liable for any failure of facilities or performance or services due to causes beyond its control, including, not limited to, civil disorder, fire, flood, storm or other natural or man-made disasters or elements, labor problems or regulations issued by or action taken by any government agency having jurisdiction over the Company or its services or equipment.
The Company shall have no liability to any person or entity other than its Customer.
